Arrow 613 The Devil's Greatest Trick

                 This week's Arrow has an interesting title: The Devil's Greatest Trick.  As a Christian, I believe the devil's greatest trick getting the world to believe he does not exist.  So with that in mind, what might possibly happen? I suppose there are endless possibilities.  Could it be getting Lance to believe that Laurel is changing for good, and so he puts trust in her?  Could it be someone has convinced William that things are not so bad?  In the synopsis for the show, it says that William demands more time from Oliver. It could also be that Oliver may end up going it alone with just his own team.  Could the Newbies be tempted to believe they don't need anyone either? 

I know I have not given you any insight, just questions, but it's fun to question things together and see what plays out in the end, right? 

The episode looks to be a great one.

    Why would William be demanding more time, when he seemed convinced that being the Green Arrow was a good thing?

    Anonymous, I think it's because he wants to be with his dad to be reassured that his dad will be okay. Even though he told Felicity that since she's here, he's not worried, he really is. As this week's episode showed us, he truly is afraid, and Oliver needed to be dressed as the Green Arrow to show him that he loved him, and would take care of him. Hope that helps.

Could Oliver Contemplate Retirement?

       According to Wolf Hall, season six will explore Oliver Queen's life and new role as father.  He will face many challenges as William may have some resentment  towards Oliver and his  role in the death  of his mother.  William doesn't really know Oliver, and his role as Green Arrow.  Wolf Hall hints that it is possible Oliver will think of retirement as the Green Arrow to focus on  being Mayor and father.  This also can be heard in the recent trailer when Slade  Wilson discusses with Oliver how difficult it is to walk in two  worlds. Wolf Hall also hints that it is possible that William is kidnapped, and Oliver will be forced out of retirement to be the Green Arrow to find his son. What do  you think of this scenario?  Does it seem plausible to you?

As Promised My Complaints with Arrow

Well, things have slowed down her for a bit, so here as promised are the few things I don't like about Arrow.           Keep in mind, that I know nothing about comic books.  I didn't even know there was a Green Arrow comic book.  I came to Arrow because of the Flash.  When  some of my older children were young, they watched the Flash, so when a new Flash came out, I watched it and during a commercial break, they advertised Arrow.  We decided to to tune in the next day to see what it was like.  We stayed because  of the Olicity story line; we had to know if Oliver and Felicity  would get together. We got caught up on Netflix with the previous seasons and we were hooked. I don't know if you will  will agree with me or not, and that's okay, you don't have to. The Big Bad .
