Coming up Second Chances

From what is reported online, Talia al Ghul figures prominently into finding out who Prometheus really is.  I am thinking  we can rule out Adrian Chase,  since all that went down with Prometheus  and Arrow occurred while Adrian helped save John  Diggle from General who is trying to kill him.

Did Talia give that information to Prometheus? Part of me wishes it would be Malcom Merlin, because it would be good to see him go down, but the likelihood of that happening is slim to none.

Second  Chances  promises to be an interesting episode, and we will be back in Russia. Apparently Oliver needs Talia to help bring down Kovar, but she  wants something in return and Oliver isn't sure he can deliver.  What are your  guesses?

  Prometheus and Talia want to push Oliver to his breaking point. They want him to believe that he is nothing but evil and cruel.  They use physiological techniques to try and break him.  I think Susan Williams will also be used to break him.  In an interview with the CW, Stephen Amell says that Oliver doesn't believe that Susan is out to get him. Could Oliver Contemplate Retirement?

       According to Wolf Hall, season six will explore Oliver Queen's life and new role as father.  He will face many challenges as William may have some resentment  towards Oliver and his  role in the death  of his mother.  William doesn't really know Oliver, and his role as Green Arrow.  Wolf Hall hints that it is possible Oliver will think of retirement as the Green Arrow to focus on  being Mayor and father.  This also can be heard in the recent trailer when Slade  Wilson discusses with Oliver how difficult it is to walk in two  worlds. Wolf Hall also hints that it is possible that William is kidnapped, and Oliver will be forced out of retirement to be the Green Arrow to find his son. What do  you think of this scenario?  Does it seem plausible to you?

Arrow 514 The Sin Eater Review

  The Sin Eater brings back three formidable female foes: China White, Carrie Cutter, and Liza Warner.  All three of these foes appeared in seasons one and two of Arrow. This whole season has referred back to the first two seasons.  I had forgotten about Liza Warner, until the brief flashback reminded me of who she was. The theme for last night's episode addresed the question,  Can you take on the responsibility of someone else's sins? Antaoly ,  in the Russia flashback, tells Oliver that he is a sin eater by wanting to take on other's sin. This is something Oliver has done for all 5 episodes, isn't it?  Wasn't he trying to make up for his father's sins by crossing off names on a list?  Oliver helped Anatoly in the hospital.  I am guessing that in the next episode we shall find that Oliver killed Gregor before Gregor could kill Anatoly.
