Juliana Harkavy will join the Arrow cast as Tina Boland, a detective from Central City. She will have a problem with the vigilanties. She has some sort of "island" experience of her own, and so Oliver will have an understanding of what motivates her. Some speculate that she will become the new Black Canary and thereby Oliver would honor Laurel's wish to have a new Black Canary to help Star City. She apparently will have a military background. I have read one person's speculation that she might even be the daughter of Detective Lance. Guess we will wait and see on that one.
Meanwhile Felicity will journey to a darker side to catch Prometheus herself. What exactly does this mean? I understand from some tweets that what became uncorked in 502 will still be occurring in 512. Havenrock is my guess. I also think we will see Felicity's father again, and he will "help" her. Will Oliver notice the change, and will he help her? How will any of these two elements help or hinder Olicity? What do you think?
