Arrow 522 Missing

Chase, isn't done tormenting Oliver.  He picks off Oliver's team one by one.  Felicity gets dragged off by someone, and then Chase says, "My friends have orders to kill yours...I think you're about to get a phone call."  We know they all end up in Lian Yu.  Chase is crazy enough to do what Ivo did, and make Oliver choose who lives and who dies only this time with Felicity and William.

This will be Oliver's truest trial.  He will have to draw on his own inner strength and light to do this sine both Felicity and Diggle are gone.  I think this season has prepared him to do just that, and episode 20 laid the foundation. Facing the truth with Felicity has helped him to see how she was right, and he is indeed not the same kind of person as Chase.  How will he do it?  I for one, can't wait to see, and Missing is going to show us how he draws on his own inner strength to be the Green Arrow.
