Tune in with Turner

  In episode one, John Diggle is Skyping Oliver, and John asks, "How are things with Felicity and he going?"  Oliver didn't seem to have an answer.  You could see he was hopeful.  Now we understand why.  Sometime prior to that meeting with John, Oliver and Felicity had sex in the bunker.   Curtis did what the viewer wanted to do, get Oliver and Felicity back together in a meaningful way. This flashback explains why Oliver met Felicity on the balcony.  Oliver had hoped  they would be a couple again, then he finds out that Felicity is now with Billy.  He couldn't bring himself to use the front door until episode 19.  If you watch that scene again, you see the hope and hesitation in both of them.  Both wanting to reach out, both holding back.     The 520 Flashback gives these scenes so much more meaning as the viewer reflects on that.  520 was a pivotal episode. Now the viewer can't wait to see how Oliver and Felicity ...

 Oliver and Felicity find themselves in trouble.  They are trapped in the lair, and now they will have the one thing they haven't had all season:  Time to Talk. These two love each other, and it doesn't matter what the naysayers think, Oliver and Felicity belong together.  They belong together not because the fans want it, honestly, these people can't seriously think that writers write only for a certain fan base.  No show could exist that way.  I think they saw when they brought Emily Bett  Rickards in for the day that she and Stephen Amell conncected on screen.  But even that was not enough.  They both have to act well enough to make the viewer believe it, and these two actors did.   Ever since season 4 ended, Oliver and Felicity have avoided facing the truth an that truth is they both need one another.
