Tune in with Turner

      Brothers and Sisters offered us parallels of two brothers and sisters: Oliver and Emiko and William and Mia.  I enjoyed this episode.  It showed the character growth of both Oliver and Felicity.  There is nothing better than to watch those characters you love grow as individuals. Arrow, by its very nature is dark, and the viewers responded to the light that Felicity brought to Oliver when he appeared in her office.  This season has been particularly dark, and so the light moments that we got in this episode created hope for the viewer.  Now we discover that we are approaching the last episodes  of Arrow, but I  will give my thoughts on that at the end of this review.         Oliver as a Brother:  Oliver tells Emiko that his parents were not the best, but "if there is one thing they taught me, it was the importance  of family." I don't know about you, but the disagreements  that OTA has with NTA should come to an end.  This part of the season has begun to get a bit tiresome for this viewer.  I hope they  will resolve  their differences soon, and one way to do  that is for Oliver to be in a situation  that he can't get out of without their help.        Coming up in 616 we know the Thanatos Guild wants some box that Malcolm buried and they think Thea has it as she is heir to the Demon.  If you search my blog, I wrote about this previously. In 617 Oliver and Diggle will face their biggest challenge yet. In 618 the title changed from Back to Basics to Fundamentals, and this is an all Oliver concentric episode, and the one where he lashes out at Felicity and William. Form what I understand there will be flashbacks to  previous seasons in this episode.  619, the title is The Dragon, so my guess would be this will focus on Diaz. ...

           True  to the  title OTA and NTA collided in ways that right  now look unrecoverable.  Oliver as mayor has to  confront the various city mangers that the 70 million dollars that Cayden James extorted from them lies in a bank account  in Corto Maltese, and he has 48 hours to get it. Oliver and team find out that the Black Siren stole the 70 million, so now the chase is on to find her. A  lot happened in this episode, so I'm  breaking it  down in smaller bits.               Olicity:   After Oliver leaves the meeting  with the city managers, he returns  home, his place of  rest and safety, and he finds Felicity and William cooking in the  kitchen.  I enjoy the home scenes  with our  hero.  Felicity in an  apron making cookies with William gave us another glimpse  of what a good mom she  is.  William...
