          This will not rank as a favorite episode.  It had it's good  moments and other moments left me shaking me head so for me it was ho-hum.  So in this review, I'm going to deal with the positives and the  negatives, so this is a different type of  review.  Perhaps, I'm as tired as Steven Amell's  performance seemed.  Let's dig  in.        Positives:  Although  I've never been a fan  of  the Laurel Lance character, Katie Cassidy Rodgers brought a  different take on Black Siren.  I've grown to like this  character.  She's not as  whiny and  needy  as Laurel Lance.  I've come to  enjoy her friendship  with Felicity.  She has  always  been  there for Felicity  when the  others have not.  We've never seen a solid friendship between her and  Dinah for example.         Arrow certainly  took a departure in this episode, but they forewarned  us in the opening title by  showing a dragon  instead of the typical arrowhead.  This, my readers, was a clue we would not see  much  of  the Green Arrow, or Oliver Queen. I have mixed feelings about this episode.  At first I found myself bored, but upon re-watching and rethinking, I found this episode to set  up the villain, and Earth two Laurel Lance, however, it  came too late in  the season to be effective for most of Arrow's viewers.          Darkness embodies  the scenes  with Diaz and BS, even  when they  happen in the daytime.  Both  are dressed in  black, Laurel wears a black wig; all this symbolizes the darkness that resides in Diaz.  Ricardo Diaz, well acted by Kirk  Acevedo, is cool, calculated, with a bit of psychotic mixed  in....

                                                    According to the International Business Times, Oliver's unlikely ally will  indeed be Laurel Lance.  It appears there will be a secret team up between Oliver and Laurel.  We knew they hinted at a redemption of Laurel, so  this probably  won't be a huge surprise.  The IBT said that the cast and crew have been tight- lipped about it, but all point to that direction.  Knowing that the  IBT described it as a secret team up between Laurel and Oliver, has me a little bit concerned.  Surely this is not a secret that Oliver will keep from Felicity, but I wonder just how she  will feel about it.  They wouldn't bring Oliver's character so far, and then have him backslide by keeping  this  a secret from Felicity or even Diggle for that matter....
