        The showrunners have stated that Roy  Harper will return around episode 15 for a short story arc.  It will be significant for Thea's story.  There have been lots of speculation as to what this will mean.  Apparently Willa Holland, Thea Queen, wanted few episodes just as she had last season.  Some speculate  that she wants out of the show.  There hasn't been  much for her to  do in the last few episodes.  We know she told Oliver that she's  not feeling as strong as she once did, but she  has indeed gone through a lot of trauma.  She's had to deal with being killed by Ras Al Ghul and  resurrected, suffered from blood lust, and had to see  her  father step on a land mine to save her.  Add to that being injured and in a coma,  so of course that would make anyone weak.         I've read of two possible story lines.  One is Roy's coming back wil...

I'm sorry to be absent.  Work has kept me so busy that I've hardly had a chance to think, let alone write, but that all changes tomorrow night, because of Arrow's new night, I will be able to get reviews done earlier.  I am off work early on Thursdays, and I don't work Fridays, so hey this new night and time is cool for me! Arrow Season Six  returns tomorrow on it's new night and time, and if  any of you watched  the season premiere  of  Flash, you know that Cisco spoiled at least 2 survivors of Lian Yu. He revealed  that it was  Curtis and Felicity that helped him figure out a way to get Barry back.  So we know they survived, no surprise there, really. Stephen Amell has  said he has more time  off, so  my  guess is that they will focus the early part  of the seasons on how the other's survived or  died, and so the focus will  be on them and not on Oliver as much, so hence the reason for more time...

       According to Wolf Hall, season six will explore Oliver Queen's life and new role as father.  He will face many challenges as William may have some resentment  towards Oliver and his  role in the death  of his mother.  William doesn't really know Oliver, and his role as Green Arrow.  Wolf Hall hints that it is possible Oliver will think of retirement as the Green Arrow to focus on  being Mayor and father.  This also can be heard in the recent trailer when Slade  Wilson discusses with Oliver how difficult it is to walk in two  worlds. Wolf Hall also hints that it is possible that William is kidnapped, and Oliver will be forced out of retirement to be the Green Arrow to find his son. What do  you think of this scenario?  Does it seem plausible to you?

          Marc Guggenheim has stated that Oliver and Felicity are on a certain trajectory, and it would be schizophrenic to take them off of it, but how they get there is uncertain.  He did say that in the premiere episode there are no romantic kisses between any  characters.  Now, does that shock you? It did me, because you would think, that if someone you loved was in danger, and you had to search    to find them, would you not kiss them if you did find them?  Several years ago, Arizona experienced a major 100 year flood. I was separated from my husband for 4 days.  He had no clue if we had been air lifted out, or if we were still in our home.  He found a way to get to our house, and the first thing he did when he saw the children and I was to give us us kisses. Are you surprised? Were you hoping for a Felicity and Oliver kiss?

I have no idea if this is going to be a scene from Season 6 episode one, but it seems plausible that it could be.  Could Felicity have made it to the plane across the island?  It seems doubtful.  We know that in all likelihood there will be people who die.  So for Felicity to be injured or  unconscious is not far from the  realm of possibilities. Oliver will have so much to deal with, but season five set the groundwork for his ability to handle what  has happened.  He won't blame himself this time.  Now he will be strength  for Felicity, Diggle, and  the others to handle what has happened to them. I don't  know about you, but I don't watch Arrow because of the comics, I  know zero about the storylines from the comics.  I watch Arrow because of the story it tells. Oliver Queen on YouTube has put together a nice video on Oliver and Felicity's Love.  They have always loved each other, and this song with the pictures fit so nicely.  Season 6 promises to be one of the best.  Oliver and Felicity will find their way back home to each other this season.

  Teases and spoilers abound but one that I find both the most interesting and most troubling is the one about the redemption of  Black  Siren.  Wendy Mericle has stated that Black  Siren will be a little tougher in the opening of season 6, a  little meaner even, however, with Quentin Lance there, it is possible that the team may want to find a way to find the Laurel Lance they knew and loved inside Black Siren. Echo Kellum and Katie Cassidy posed together for an Arrow cast picture, leading some to speculate that Curtis, who has a kind heart, will  want to also find the good in Black Siren and they may form some sort of alliance. The storyline would be interesting to see if  the Earth two doppelganger could be redeemed.  If I saw someone that looked like my father, but who had a totally different personality, I would be tempted to see if I could find my father in that person.  However, do we need the old  Laurel Lance back? ...

 Marc Guggenheim gives an interview on Sirius XM Radio and he says some interesting things about the show and about the episode Underneath which was one of my personal favorite episodes. Here are some things I took away: Just because the actors have contracts doesn't necessarily mean  they all come out alive They want to try new things, but they must be driven by the story They will do a Topical Episode like the gun violence episode (my least favorite episode) each year. They won't all deal with gun violence, but they will be topical to the news Oliver is going to have a different sense of himself. Oliver will be giving advice for a change instead of needing advice As to the finale episode, death is not the only  consequence that could happen.  He felt the talk about who lives or who dies was too binary.  There are other consequences As to that last point, I wondered if there could be someone who has amnesia.  Does Diggle get taken by someone? ...

Stephen Amell has stated that the theme of season 6 of  Arrow will be family.  We have a lot of story  that could be explored here.  Here are some possibilities that I  have thought of.  You find  more, or different ideas, please post them in the comment section below.                 Thea:  If Malcom died, as we  all suspect he did, then Thea could be struggling with some  guilt over the loss of both Robert and Malcom.  I  know Robert's been gone for 5 years, but she ended on the island  where he was buried and so that leaves an  impact  on a person.  Plus she's always had  issues with Malcom, and then he gave his life for her, so that would  change her perspective as well.  Then too, she could turn to Oliver more, because now he is not only her brother, but her father figure.  At one point  I thought she had turned to Lance as a sort o...
