Tune in with Turner

Reversal gave us lots of action and lots of Olicity.  This episode ranks with one of the best of all time, and I commend the writers.  The dialogue,as fast paced as the action, did not disappoint.  Emily Bett Rickards said that this episode was one of her favorites and it is easy to see way.  So much that's good happens in this episode.      Oliver and Felicity: Reversal opens up with Felicity in a red dress on a date with Oliver.  Visually, it reminded the viewer of their first date, and then the camera focuses in and the two are talking about that date, but now they are so at ease with one another.  In their first date, they  were both so nervous and Felicity, when she's  in stressful situations, tends to babble, but not in this scene. Remember she only wanted water on her first date, because wine wouldn't go with the Valium she had taken?  Now she is at ease with Oliver and he is at ease with her.  A women in the resta...

         Arrow has released photos from 603, and they have shown us that we fans had hoped for since last season's episode, Underneath, fans will finally see the long awaited kiss and cementing of the Olicity relationship.  The title of the episode is Next of Kin.  We know that Charlotte Ross will be returning for at least one episode as Donna Smoak.  I for one am excited about that, because Charlotte and Emily Bett have a way of enjoying every scene  together, which adds to the characters of Donna and Felicity.   Do you think she's coming back as Mother of the Bride?  I for one, hope so.  Oliver seems to have gotten Samanda Watson off his trail for now, but the viewer has probably guessed she won't be fooled and will find a way to get to Oliver.  At first I thought perhaps that Susan was behind the photo of Oliver, but as I've thought about it, I don't think the photo, which Felicity said was photo shopped, co...

What an amazing season this was!  I know we had some angst in the beginning,  but I  felt satisfied by the ending.  The showrunners gave us an incredible season with a cliffhanger  ending  that will  make us all want to  tune in  in October.  I  thought I would go over the year looking  at the low points and the  high points and points in between.      The Low Points:  For me, the start of the season seemed a little rocky and off kilter.  I think that's because we found Felicity with Billy Malone, yet the viewer had no kind of connection to Billy.  The writers didn't give us reason to care for Billy. Felicity certainly found a rebound  romance to fill the void of Oliver.  Yet she could never even say the word "boyfriend" in front of Oliver.  We felt sympathy with Oliver, who had  no idea that Billy even existed.  The viewer was  left thinking, "Where  ...
