The Best of Felicity Smoak
Now that we know the series has come close the end, I thought I'd post my favorite Emily episodes. I'm sorry that I don't have a lot of images, but my antiquated computer doesn't like photos anymore. Anyway, please leave your thoughts as to which ones I should have added. It's fun to know what you like.
1. 103 Lone Gunman, we meet Felicity Smoak for the first time. This was to be the one-off for Emily Bett, but her comedic time coupled with chemistry created with Stephen Amell endeared her to the audience. Felicity Smoak won our hearts. We couldn't wait to see her again.

2. 109 Vertigo, Felicity brings the troubling news about Moria to Oliver. First she asks Oliver if she can trust him. He makes light of it at first, but then he gets serious and tells her she can. She has the book with the list of names that Oliver has. He asks her where she got it and she tells him that Walter found it and it was his mother's. We have the iconic fern that will symbolize their commitment to each other. It's the beginning of Oliver really letting Felicity enter his life in new ways.
3. 114 The Odyssey, Oliver is shot and hides in Felicity's car. He asks her to take him back to the foundry and no where else. She promises him, and she and Diggle take care of Oliver. This one is special because we see Oliver adding her to the team, and we see Diggle's protective care of her as well. They become OTA.
4.115/121 The Dodger and The Undertaking, Felicity goes "undercover" in these episodes and we can see her skill in the field. In the Dodger, Oliver has a look when she enters in that gold dress, as though he saw her for the first time. In the Undertaking she goes undercover in a casino to find clues to get Walter back. Also, Oliver introduces her to the family as "my friend" and Walter says, "She's my friend too." I think Walter realizes that Felicity helped find him, and I have suspected that Walter knew Oliver was the Green Arrow after that.
5. 201/203 City of Heroes and Broken Dolls, City of Heroes gives us Oliver swinging from the tree like Tarzan to rescue Felicity from the land mine. She notices he's all sweaty, and wouldn't he offer them something to drink, like coconut water, even. Then in Broken Dolls she willingly becomes bait for a killer.
6. 214 Time of Death, The Clock King has to be stopped, and Felicity feels left out. It is in this episode that Oliver notices for the first time she's wearing an exercise outfit, and where Sara seems to be doing what Felicity used to do with blood samples. She's jealous of Sara, and John knows it and understands. He feels for her. At the end of the episode she tells Oliver that she just wanted to be his girl and he tells her "you'll always be my girl, Felicity."
7. 223 Unthinkable: I chose this one because Felicity has such courage to be willingly taken by Deathstroke and doesn't back down. She's a hero in her own right. Also at the end when she and Oliver talk and she tells Oliver "You really fooled me...I mean, it's unthinkable you and me together." Oliver can't say a word. His heart is full. He will never have room for another woman in his heart, and he's speechless, he can't tell her all that's in his heart.
8. 301:The Calm: Oliver and Felicity have their first date. It literally blows up in their faces, but we know that nothing these two are endgame.
9. 305 The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak, this gave us Felicity's back story. Emily Bett acted so well that she made the both sides of Felicity believable.
10. 309 The Climb, I chose this one, because of the moment that Oliver has with Felicity. It's the first time he tells her that the loves her. She doesn't say anything back, because I don't think she knew what to say.
11. 320 The Fallen, On the plane to take Thea to Nanda Parbat, Felicity comforts Oliver. He opens up to her a little and they share a special moment. Also in this episode, Felicity tells Oliver that she loves him. He catches his breath a little in disbelief. It was a great episode for the two of them.
12. 409 Dark Waters, I loved this one because Emily's comedic timing is perfect. When her mother finds the engagement ring in the box of Christmas decorations, Felicity is a jumble of excitement. She executes every scene with perfection. When Curtis tells how he proposed, it became clear that Oliver had intended to propose back in Ivy Town. She leaves them and immediately goes to Donna, and good acting here when she sees her mother with Lance. Then when she goes to Oliver to ask him, and then she turns around to leave, well all that timing was perfect. Then there is the talk in the cage that Darhk as kept her in, and she tells him what marriage is all about. It's all so well done, and of course Oliver proposes at end.
13.416 Broken hearts, I chose this one, because the "fake vows" that Oliver shares came from his heart, and he's pleading for Felicity to take him back for another chance. Felicity's words to Cupid came from her heart as well. Although bittersweet, it showed us these two, though not together now would be one day.
14. 520 **** Underneath This one has to be my favorite of all episodes for many reason. It showcased Oliver and Felicity together for the entire episode. Oliver and Felicity exposed their hearts and feelings for each other. Finally each one understood the other one. When Felicity wants to let go of Oliver to save his life, Oliver refuses to let go. He tells her he's not going to listen to her this time, and with all the pain and loss of blood, he wills himself to pull her up. He's never going to let go of Felicity ever again. So much happened in this episode that it ranks as my personal favorite.
15. 608 Crisis on Earth-X Part 2, Of course the wedding is why I chose this one. I don't like crossovers, but of all of them, this one was the best. The wedding in a way was perfect, because it came from Felicity, and Oliver immediately jumped to yes.
16. 609 Divided, who didn't love the first part of the episode, with Felicity coming in with both her parents? Oliver's look of love shown through and then we got he dance! The wedding cake part brought laughs because we found out the Emily added that without letting Stephen know she would feed him the cake, and then the writers added that sweet cake topper of Oliver and Felicity together.
In season 7, I loved the reuniting of Oliver and Felicity, the news about the baby, and Mia's birth. Those will stand out.
You all may have different likes, but I thought I'd post the ones that stand out to me as telling he story of the best couple on television.
