It's Often because of the Flaws that Heroes are Made

None of us are perfect; we all make mistakes.  That's why we like characters that are flawed.  We can relate to them. That's what good writers do, they write people that are flawed, even the heroes.  Here are some of Arrows best characters' flaws. Whose do you relate to?

Felicity--She's too idealistic.  She wants everything to fit neatly in tidy ways, and therefore she's sometimes quick to judge.

Diggle-- He probably was the most balanced of all the team members, but he tends to have high expectations.     Image result for diggle free image

The writers created strong characters so that in spite of their flaws, maybe even because of them, they become heroes.
